Rental terms

With your booking you agree to our rental terms:

 

Check-in: From 16:00
Check-out: Before 10:00
Or send an email for another arrangement
Standard stay is a minimum of 7 nights with arrival on Friday. If you want a shorter stay or a different arrival day, please send an email. 
The maximum number of guests is 4 (including children). One of the guests should be at least 21 years.

At the end of the stay the apartment must be handed over in a broom-clean condition.

Rental price includes:
Bed linen, towels, water, electricity and high-speed Internet.

Extra’s
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels: € 150,-
Security Deposit: €300,- this to be paid separately when booking
Mid-term cleaning and changing sheets/towels > 7 days: € 100,-
We offer a parking space in the underground car park (little cars) for € 10,- per day

Do’s and don’ts:
Pets are not allowed
Smoking inside is not allowed but you can use the balcony to smoke
We do not provide baby equipment
(Bachelor) Parties are not allowed

Rules Residential Calamora
HousePlease respect the rest hours between 15H and 17H
No towels are permitted to be hung on the balcony railings
Swimming and common area times are mandatory. Children should be always accompanied by a ralatives in charge. The pool door must be always closed.
It is not allowed to enter barefoot or dripping inside the building of the lift.
Barbecues are not allowed in any common or private places of this residential.
For your own security, keep the street doors closed.
It is strictly prohibited to leave rubbish in the building
Take care of the furniture and common areas.

Payment Policy
You will recieve a payment order.
Payments have to been done by bank transfer.

30% directly after confirming your reservation.

The rest will have to be paid 10 days before check-in

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation at all time but we will charge the following cancellation cost:

Until 30 days before check-in: Free of charge
From 30 days until 10 days before check-in: 30% of the total reservation.
From 10 days until 1 day before check-in: 70%.

When you cancel on the day of arriving no refund will be given.

Refundable damage/security deposit
The apartment handed over is in perfect condition and has to be handed back in the same way.
For damaged small parts, such as dishes, glasses, etc. we charge € 5,00 /part.
In the event of serious damage, we will clarify with you how the damage will be settelt (if applicate, through your liability insurance)
If there are no damages, this will be transferred to you  by 10 days after departure the latest.

Disabled people

The apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs or rollators (doorways are too narrow)
